Why couples use it
Less to hold in your head. More done together.
One plan, two owners
Every task has an owner: you, your partner or both. See what is yours, what is theirs and what you do together.
Know what comes next
A journey map shows the stage you are in and the next task for each of you, with why it matters and what done looks like.
Records that are ready
Keep documents, monthly relationship evidence and a timeline in one place, then review an organizer packet before you export it.
In both languages
Each of you uses VisaTogether in English or Vietnamese. The plan, the tasks and the records stay the same.
Inside a task
Every task explains itself.
Each template task says why it matters, what done looks like and the public guide or official page it came from, with the date it was checked. You decide what applies.
Confirm your names, dates and addresses match everywhere
- Why it matters
- Public guides describe small mismatches between forms and evidence as the most common trigger for a request for more evidence, which can add months.
- What done looks like
- Both of you have checked each fact in the shared profile against your passports and records and confirmed the section.

Good to know
Questions couples ask first
Can we look before creating an account?
Yes. Explore the fictional sample in English or Vietnamese. It does not create an account, and its sample records do not transfer to a workspace.
How do we work together?
Create a workspace, share an invitation link with your intended partner, and let them review and consent before joining. Do not share a sign-in code.
What if we do not know a detail?
Keep it unknown, or record only the month or year you know. A missing-information prompt is a reason to review an entry, not a conclusion about your case.
