Organizer software only
VisaTogether helps you organize your own preparation work. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, eligibility findings, filing services, or approval guarantees.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your facts, review, decisions, and any official filing. Keep unknown or partial details clear and review materials before sharing or exporting.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to use VisaTogether. Each of you has your own account and signs in with your own e-mail address. Your partner can join only through an invitation link that works for their e-mail address alone — no invitation e-mail is sent — and they can decline it. Keep your password and sign-in codes to yourself. Either of you can leave the shared workspace at any time, and the person who created it can remove the other’s access. Leaving or removing access stops the sharing; it does not delete anyone’s own files.
No government or professional fees included
A software fee is separate from any government charge, filing cost, attorney service, certified translation, or other third-party service.
Price, pass and refunds
The current offer, the length of the pass and the refund window are stated on the Pricing page and apply as written there.
Current service limits
Do not rely on the service for emergency support, official deadlines, automatic reminders, or access to live AI advice.
Support
Software support is available to signed-in members from Support in the app. No response time is promised. Contact details for people without an account are on the Help page.
Changes
When this page or the privacy page changes, the “last checked” date at the top changes with it.
Governing law and disputes
Set out below in “Disputes and arbitration” and “Governing law and courts”: Oklahoma law, and individual arbitration with a class-action waiver that you can opt out of within 30 days.
Who you are contracting with
These terms are an agreement between you and VisaTogether LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company, PO Box 27, 410 McKinley Ave, Calera, OK 74730, USA (“VisaTogether”, “we”, “us”). The sections above this one and below it are all part of the same Terms of Service. This version is 2026-09-24.
Accepting these terms
You accept these terms by ticking the agreement box when you create an account, and again when you buy a pass. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service. We keep a record of the terms version each payment was made under. If you use VisaTogether with a partner, each of you accepts these terms for your own account.
Not legal or immigration advice
VisaTogether is organizing software. We are not a law firm, not attorneys, and not accredited representatives, and nothing in the service is legal advice or an opinion on your eligibility or your case. Using the service does not create an attorney–client or any other professional relationship. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of State, any embassy or consulate, or any other government. Official requirements, forms, fees and processing times change; always check the official source, and consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice about your situation.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not promise that any petition, visa, interview, entry or other application will be approved, accepted, or processed within any time. Decisions are made by government authorities alone. Delays, requests for evidence, denials, missed deadlines and their costs are not our responsibility.
Price and payment
Review, the check before you file, is sold as one-time passes: $9 for 1 month, $29 for 6 months or $49 for 12 months, each for one shared workspace for two adult partners, counted from the date of purchase. A pass does not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass. Planning, gathering your records and printing your packet are free. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Prices shown include no government, filing, attorney, translation or other third-party fees. We may change the price for future purchases; a change never affects a pass you have already bought. Any taxes that apply are shown before you pay.
Refunds
If the software is not right for you, ask for a refund through Support in the app within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full pass price to the original payment method. After 14 days, payments are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A refund ends the pass; your data download remains available. Please contact us before opening a card dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
Your content
You own what you enter and upload. You give us permission to store, process, copy and display it only as needed to run the service for you and your partner, and to keep backups. You are responsible for having the right to upload documents that contain other people’s information, and for keeping your own copies of anything important.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent, including preparing false or misleading immigration materials; do not upload malware or content you have no right to share; do not try to access other people’s workspaces, test or break our security, overload the service, or copy, resell or build a competing product from it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Service availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The service can be unavailable, slow or contain errors, and we do not promise any level of availability. If we discontinue the service while your paid pass is active, we will refund the unused part of the pass on a pro-rata basis and give you a way to download your data.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT IN IT, INCLUDING CHECKLISTS, TEMPLATES, SOURCE LINKS, SUMMARIES AND ANY AI OUTPUT, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT OR CORRECT FOR YOUR CASE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS: (A) VISATOGETHER LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND CONTRACTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, TRAVEL OR FILING COSTS, OR ANY DELAY, DENIAL OR OTHER OUTCOME OF AN IMMIGRATION MATTER, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR US$79. Some places do not allow these limits; where they are not allowed, they apply only as far as the law permits.
Your responsibility for misuse
If you use the service unlawfully or in breach of these terms and a third party brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. The sections on content, warranties, liability, misuse, disputes and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
Disputes and arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY; IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. Before starting a formal claim, write to us at the address above describing the problem and what you want, and give us 30 days to try to resolve it; we will do the same for you. If it is not resolved, you and VisaTogether LLC agree that any dispute relating to these terms or the service will be decided by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, instead of in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. The arbitration may take place by video or phone, or in the county where you live. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING OR TAKE PART IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by mailing a signed letter to the address above within 30 days after you first accept these terms, stating your name, account e-mail and that you opt out; opting out does not affect any other part of these terms. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be heard in court, not in arbitration.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any matter that is not arbitrated will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the United States, you keep any consumer protections that the law of your country says cannot be waived by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version date appears at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service or buy a pass; until then, the version you accepted applies. A change never shortens the refund window or the length of a pass you have already bought.
Language
These terms are available in English and Vietnamese. If the two versions differ, the English version controls.
Notices and contact
Send legal notices, dispute notices and arbitration opt-outs by mail to VisaTogether LLC, PO Box 27, 410 McKinley Ave, Calera, OK 74730, USA. For everything else, use Support in the app. We send notices to you at the e-mail address on your account.
Other terms
These terms, with the Privacy notice and the Pricing page, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor that continues the service under these terms.
